virtual version, this coupler sits on the drawstop called "Koppelingen"
which has no function on the real instrument.
- reversie coupler of the Pedal to the Hoofdwerk. Added only
virtually, the coupler is not present on the real instrument. Attention!
Do not use this reverse coupler in conjunction with the normal HW->Ped
coupler!
