The updates of the Caen sample set

Updates to the wet (and surround) sample sets:

Core installation package and ODF v. 1.10

• dual touch screen support added. Separate left and right stop jambs are now available. The update contains the ODFs for the wet (and surround) version, plus a differential core installation package containing the new images for the dual stop jamb. If you own the wet version and not the surround one, you can disable the installation of the surround ODF during the update process.
• swell pedal behavior corrected. Originally, the swell pedal was returning to the fully opened positioned when clicked with a mouse. This problem was now corrected.
• this update requires Hauptwerk v. 3.30 and higher.
